Making a difference in York
The Powder Mill Foundation’s mission is to support local non-profits with funding for capital improvements and expenditures, creation of new programs, collaborative efforts and community development initiatives. We provide resources for the benefit of the citizens of the City of York and secondarily the citizens of York County so the community can continue to grow… and we can always be part of that growth.
